We have an opportunity for a BMS Field Service Engineer to join our team working across Scotland.

What you will be doing?

  • You will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks and daily reactive calls in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • You will look to generate additional revenue through small works quotes such as software enhancements / additional monitoring.
  • Work closely with Management to develop Life Cycle planning through Legacy upgrades.
  • You will supervise subcontractors ensuring completion of work and value for money.
  • Ensure documentation compliance.
  • You will demonstrate good financial awareness in the provision and completion of small work proposal.
  • You will maintain the plant & plant rooms to a high standard.

We’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 year’s experience in HVAC
  • A minimum of 3 Year’s experience in BMS
  • Can demonstrate a high level of knowledge within the Honeywell / Tridium / Trend platform.
  • Good understanding of software strategy
  • Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus, Modbus.
  • Network experience is beneficial.
  • Good Judgement and examples of logical problem solving.
  • Customer focused.
  • Great teammate.
