About the role

We're on the lookout for a talented and driven General Manager to lead our team at the White Lion in Sawbridgeworth, part of Greene King's Premium & Urban Division.
As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the pub's success and profitability by leading and developing your team to deliver outstanding service and exceptional experiences to our customers.

This is the perfect first appointment site so ideally you would be able to inspire and motivate your team to exceed targets and achieve their full potential. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering exceptional standards, you'll ensure that the pub always looks its best and that our customers receive the highest standards of service.
