As a Kitchen Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs, you're responsible for cooking up the success of the pub, being in the middle of the action and leading your team to deliver to quality food every time. You might not meet every customer but they're still at the heart of everything you and your team do.

About the role

We're looking for a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team at The Anchor, a Chameleon pub with the Premium & Urban division. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

The Anchor is a lively, wet-led business with a cool, contemporary twist and a menu to match. We have Sky Sports, DJs, great music and vibes, and we're looking for the right person to join our team.

You'll be passionate about delivering quality dishes and food standards
You're great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills
You're always keen to learn new techniques, new menu specs and sharing your experience with your team
You'll embrace individuality and care for others, your pub and the environment
You're passionate about developing and inspiring your team of chefs to become future leaders
