Job Description


Our Marketing and Communications team is the driving force behind the creativity and growth here at Colliers. The Marketing Manager works as part of the Marketing team to direct and co-ordinate the marketing initiatives for several UK offices and business teams to ensure they effectively market themselves fully internally and externally, on time and within budget.

The role will be based in London with very occasional regional travel required. This is a hybrid role focused on content and campaigns, with a minimum of three days in our brand-new west end offices. Qualifications
  • Planning and delivery of content strategies and campaigns as part of a wider marketing team, as well as maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Effectively working with and supporting the existing team to deliver ‘best – in – class’ service
  • Keeping abreast of topical issues in the marketplace and working with fee earners and the rest of the Marketing and Communications team to leverage these opportunities
  • Producing annual marketing plans and budgets for several offices and service lines; providing strategic input to ensure measurable results in line with corporate objectives
  • Deliver written output ensuring excellent quality, timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
  • Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders across the business, build relationships and have an ability to communicate and influence effectively
  • Following and promoting best practice protocols, ensuring marketing materials and communications are on brand and are developed and distributed in line with approved processes
  • Supporting the re-packaging of technical thought leadership content for distribution across multimedia platforms, including print, digital, video, and social media
  • Working effectively with the Events Manager as well as the Digital, PR, and Bid teams to ensure an integrated approach to all marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with the PR team to ensure a coordinated approach to new initiatives as well as the Head of Marketing on corporate projects as they arise
  • An ability to work with digital marketers to devise digital campaigns to support brand awareness and promote thought leadership content, and tracking on the performance of such campaigns
  • Working effectively with the Bid teams to ensure an integrated approach to all marketing campaigns whilst also providing support for pitch documents
  • Keeping abreast of topical issues in the marketplace and working with fee earners in the business and the rest of the Marketing and Communications team to leverage these opportunities
  • Mentor, develop and line manage staff as required

  • Digital savvy with the technical ability to assess owned digital channels utilisation and optimisation
  • Highly creative and capable of developing new initiatives to expand new client reach with new ideas and fresh thinking
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office products, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
