About the Role:

A Trading & Operation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the efficient execution of client trades, monitoring market conditions, and providing support to the dealing team. The main responsibility will be to monitor and report the exposure that the DCFX Broker faces in offering its clients leveraged financial instruments, both at the individual client level and in aggregate across all clients. The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and report net exposures on the foreign exchange trading portfolio including FX, Commodities, Indices, CFDs, ensuring the company is within approved limits, policies, and procedures.
  • Escalate swiftly regarding critical issues.
  • Follow regulatory compliance and internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide senior management with further details regarding data analysis results as and when requested.
  • Monitor daily trading activities and logs such as rejections, latency, Net Open Positions, slippage, identify and resolve any potential issues
  • Actively monitor the Company’s systems, price feeds and clients’ trading activity and exposures and investigate suspicious trades, to make sure that accounts are in line with the firm’s risk limits.
  • Manage, maintain, support systems configurations.
  • Conduct end-to-end trade investigations.
  • Responsible for in-depth testing of internal software's and developments related to Trading and Operations
  • Maintaining Trades and related statistics on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Produce any other reports or written material, as required by business needs.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial services or trading environment, preferably with exposure to STP brokers.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies. Proficiency in trading platforms, such as MetaTrader 4/5, Onezero and familiarity with order types and risk management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with trading-related software and tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by market conditions.
  • Working knowledge of financial markets and related products.
  • Experience within Financial sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
