EQUANS is looking for a Planner to join our team in Rotherham, S60 on a temporary basis (12 months FTC). This is a part-time role working 18.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £10,000 – £11,500 per annum and benefits package.

General Overview

Equans are a maintenance partner to Rotherham Council, we are responsible for undertaking responsive repairs, Gas repairs, Aids and adaptations and some capital works across the borough.

We are looking for our successful candidate to cover our out of hours planning from 4pm to 8pm and from 8am to 5pm on a weekend. The working period is on a fortnightly basis as part of a job share so you will work one week (37 hours) and have the following week off.

The planning team are responsible for passing out emergency and routine repairs to plumbers, joiners electricians and gas fitters within service level agreement timescales.

Please note: - Home working is available once fully trained.

What will you deliver?

Scheduling appointments through Impact response
Processing variations
Arranging follow on appointments
Invoice administration
Customer Satisfaction surveys
Liaising with client counterparts
Maintain and care for all company property
Ensure areas of work areas left clean and tidy at the end of the day
Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
Material co-ordination

Who are we looking for?

We require someone that is computer literate and able to use standard Microsoft packages such as word, excel etc.
Good telephone manner and problem solving skills
Previous Administration experience
The successful candidate will be confident and able to work alone on their own initiative.
