Our well known client based in Royston are looking for a Digital Printer to join their fast-paced and busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a enthusiastic and motivated individual looking for a Permanent role.
Experience in the label industry is desirable, but our client would love to see your commitment and passion for printing in the industries you have previously worked in.
Hours: Double Day Shift, Rotating weekly, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday
Starting Salary: £26,750 – £28,000
As a Digital Printer, you will:
– Be trained and responsible for running the digital presses, such as Ink Jet and HP, progressing through a development training matrix to be able to run the presses
– Work with the machine to record equipment settings to enable repeat jobs to run smoothly
– Ensure optimum equipment set up to allow product output to be an efficient use of raw materials
– Work towards KPI’s set daily
– Work alongside pre-press department and the Finishing department to allow for an efficient production flow
– Ensure all Health and Safety standards are adhered to at all times
