The Job:
We are looking for a Senior Designer who will be responsible to support the development and execution of print and digital projects.
The main objective of this role is to support the team developing, implementing, and maintaining a new visual identity system that includes digital design, social media contents, data visualisation, marketing material, and print design. This means understanding and implementing consistent cross-media design principles and production processes to ensure that the design system is solid and well-thought through.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate design projects for both digital and print, working with other team members to ensure this happens in the most effective manner
- Ensure designs are fit for purpose and feeding back to wider team ahead of deadlines
- Ensure consistent brand outputs across all touch-points
- Own projects from start to finish
- Develop templates considering best practice for digital and print
Requirements:
- An experienced all-round designer with a strong experience in brand design both on and offline
- Knowledge in branding including managing brand visual identity
- Knowledge of print process and techniques, managing suppliers where required
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, and Word
- Able to work independently, prioritise accordingly, and iterate quickly
- A creative flair, an exceptional eye for quality and detail and an aptitude for creative thinking
- Knowledge in design trends and technologies to share with the team
- Flexibility to work on different projects at a time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro would be advantageous
