The role we are looking to fill sits within the sales/marketing team and you will report to your line manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of key social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) with a personal interest in social media influencers and content creation.

This role offers a great opportunity for a candidate looking to develop multiple skills across various areas in digital marketing. Not only will you lead the company’s in-house marketing and content strategies across our website, email campaigns and social media. But you will also have the opportunity to work directly with clients to manage their social media accounts and/or one-off paid social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Managing the company’s in-house social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook); includes social strategy and content creation.

- Create and manage email campaigns.

- Produce marketing materials to support the sales and talent team using Canva e.g. Proposal/Pitch decks, Talent media decks, campaign briefs, case studies etc.

- Pitching to, and working with, clients to provide social media management services across the key social platforms. Must have experience communicating directly with clients and building rapport.

- Planning and manage social media campaigns which could include creative concept, paid social ads, and partnering with influencers.

- Managing content across the company’s website and liaising with external partners providing web support. A general understanding of WordPress, SEO and PPC is required but you will not be expected to show expertise in this area.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong knowledge of key social media platforms, social trends and algorithms. Must understand social analytics and have an ability to analyse social data.

- Experience creating content using Canva, iMovie, TikTok, Reels etc.

- Other software experience including MailChimp, Google Suite, Microsoft Office.

- Strong copywriting skills.

- Excellent communication skills, in-person and digitally.

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Although supported by senior managers, this role offers a lot of autonomy so the ideal candidate must be self-driven.

- Creativity skills and a keen eye for detail

Salary: £22,289.00-£25,000.00 per year
