In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team members you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
• Food Handling and Stock Control
• Use of Technology (e.g. IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
• Cleaning * Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
• Addressing and Resolving Complaints
• Induction and Training of Team Members
• Coaching Team Members
• Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
