Job Description

The Role:
  • Providing technical and applications support for all Randox Reagent and Quality Control material, globally and specifically for Slovakian customers.
  • Providing support for Randox sales staff and international technical support.
  • Troubleshooting customer complaints and assisting with enquiries.
  • Onsite training and support, as required.
  • Use of complaint handling software to log all customer complaints and enquiries.
Please note, this role will involve supporting a global customer base and, as such, regular international travel may be required.



The Candidate:
Essential:
  • Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or a similar life science.
  • Slovakian and English speaking.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a lab technician.
