Recruitment Consultant

The Role - Experienced Recruitment Consultant

Fawkes & Reece are looking to appoint a like minded sales professional into a Recruitment Consultant role to contribute to the success of the London office. We're looking for someone who wants to earn good money in an environment where you're not micromanaged.

This role will involve placing a range of Sales, Admin, Customer Care & other Office Support staff to construction & house building companies on a temporary & permanent basis. The desk will involve working with a comprehensive range of regional and national clients.

Experience Required & Package

This would suit a Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 years' experience and a construction background, but other recruitment sectors and previous proven sales experience will be considered.

A generous basic salary of up to £24,000 is on offer depending on experience with a generous, uncapped commission scheme. We also offer monthly top biller incentives and prizes including vouchers, early Friday finishes and team / corporate entertaining events.
