As a start-up, the company is building e-learning platforms;

• M&A e-learning courses and community (https://mnainstitute.com/)
• Education on finance and investing for children (https://childrenfinanceschool.com/)

They are all based on WordPress using the custom theme.

Job Overview (Full-time after 3 months preparation)

Title: Assistant Manager

• Salary - Up to £22,000 ~ £24,000 per annum (Renegotiation on an annual basis)
• Yearly bonus - Basic bonus based on company performance + Additional bonus reflecting the individual contribution
• Pension contribution
• Monday to Friday, working for 9am~5pm
• 20 days off a year + Birthday off
• As the company grows, you will be given opportunities to grow with the company. (The office is near MMU.)

You will do (Key Job Responsibilities):

• WordPress web design and page creation with Elementor
• Creating education videos using MS PowerPoint and website-based tools (easy to learn).
• Blog posting using the SEO skills
• Managing the community spaces using BuddyBoss
• Basic web programming using CSS + HTML (if possible)
• Promotion using Google ads (if possible)

Entry criteria:

• Only British citizens (Must) (the employer can't hire a foreigner legally)
• Advanced Web design skills and a Good Knowledge of SEO
• Basic knowledge and skills in WordPress
• Minimum 2~3 years experience in WordPress or Webdesign
• Familiar use of Adobe Creative Suite / Sketch or similar.
• UI/UX understanding
• Positive attitude, keen eyes for detail, willing to learn

• MS Powerpoint skills (You can learn if you don't know)
• Google ads
• Google Analytics
