Butler Rose is working alongside our top FTSE250 Facilities Management organisation based in Derby in their search for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. This a 6 Months contract role and will pay upto £15 an hour to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities -

• Business Analyst to support with billing/AP queries, WIP/Raising supplier POs.
• Assist in monitoring collection processes and AP queries.
• Preparation and processing of client billing to ensure accurately charged and allocated
• Provide relevant reports (e.g. WIP and Debts) for monthly meetings with facilities managers
• Creating, updating jobs with estimates and clients purchase orders

Requirements -

• Shares knowledge and skills, and provides and accepts feedback
• Excellent communicator and confident in interaction with others.
• Able to work under pressure and multi task to meet deadlines
• SAP and Excel knowledge is essential.
• Good numeracy and literacy skill
