Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Telford/ Hybrid

Salary: £30,000- £40,000 dependent on experience

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

The role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing team based at our Telford office, with hybrid working opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing designs for digital and printed media, with the ability to work on a wide range of projects in a fast paced environment. We welcome applications from creative thinkers who are able to work strategically and spot opportunities to differentiate and position Darwin Group within the healthcare market. Any other skills that you are able to bring such as photography, copywriting, or digital marketing will be an added bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs for print and digital media e.g. literature, infographics, event materials, web, and social media.
• Work on projects from concept development to full production, ensuring that designs are delivered to a high standard and within deadlines.
• Create interactive media, animations, and edit video depending on skillset.
• Ensure that designs are in line with company branding guidelines and are consistent across all media.
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholder to ensure that designs meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or similar.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively.
• Desirable: Experience working in the healthcare sector.
