The Role
We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator for our Halesowen branch. Based within the sales team, you will become an integral part of a busy branch. Dealing with sales enquiries on a face to face and over the telephone basis.
You will represent the branch and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets. You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis.
The Requirements
The ability to build and maintain relationships with different types of customer.
Comfortable operating a computer based sales processing system (full training will be given)
Good telephone manner.
Friendly, articulate, customer focused.
The successful candidate must be proactive in their approach towards sales and a good communicator.
The Hours
Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:00
Week 2: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:00 & alternate Saturdays 07:00 to 11:00
