The position offers a great opportunity for a confident, self-motivated, and experienced candidate to join the Litigation department within Housing Disrepair at a well-established legal firm based in the centre of Macclesfield.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Housing Disrepair and possess strong communication skills to liaise competently with clients, defendants, and third parties. They should be capable of drafting legal documents, calculating damages, and running a caseload of litigated cases, meeting deadlines, and providing exceptional client service whilst being to assist more junior members of the team.
